Just a note to reiterate how thrilled we are with the new room! The doors really do have the “Wow” factor and everyone who sees them is blown away with the difference it has made not only to the house, but to our lives. It only takes a little sunlight to warm the room in winter, and by opening the main sliding doors into the house I am saving on heating bills, as it warms the whole house!
Now that summer is here we get the full effect from the amazing sunblinds you installed. As the verandah is west facing, the summer sun was doing great violence to both the house and us, almost uninhabitable on really hot days, but now the house stays cool all day. SO impressive just to flick the remote and watch them wind up or down with quiet majesty – feels so luxurious!
My big thank you is for the great after sales service you guys have given us. When one of the motors inexplicably broke down (probably my fault in misusing the remote) you did not hesitate to make the two hour drive to the country to inspect and then again to replace the whole motor (without charge). So impressed with your quiet professionalism and fantastic customer service. The icing on the cake of a deeply satisfying project.

The web page looks great, wish I lived there, oh wait, I do! We have had only very favourable comments from visitors who without exception, unless we have already told them otherwise, think they are glass panels.
It is working so well for us and warms up incredibly quickly the moment any sunshine touches it.
On Saturday I went out onto the deck from the lounge room and I would have sworn there was some sort of heating out there. We actually opened the internal bi-folds between the lounge and deck to take the chill off the rest of the house, they are our own heating solar panels!

After a short production time,today 5/8/16, I had 6+ custom made pvc “weatherwallsTM” (including a hinge door,pawproof fly screens and a dogy door) fitted to my odd shaped patio,inside an existing fence-they look great and are great!
What a pleasure it was to deal with proprietors Dean & Jennifer, the installation crew and even the workshop guy-all friendly,helpfull and professional after many bad experiences with previous inferior trades and services ive employed to work on my home.
In late 2015,after quotes from some opposition companys (some who did the hard sell,some inferior/costly and some whom focused soley on slandering their opposition with a “cant do” arrogant attitude ),i was “sold” with deans relaxed approach,his “CAN DO” attitude,outright honesty on price,products used and whats possible, along with the quality of the product itself,which isnt infact “the same” build as “the others”-and he happily shows you why.
Due to life events,i did not proceed with his quote for around 8- 10 months. While elite was well in its rights to adjust the price upwards,-they (proprietors dean & jennifer) did not,nor did they bat an eylid but instead were nothing short of helpfull and reasuring with any concerns or questions,realy professional (drawrings/measurements etc) with supurb communication all the way,clearly flowing through to the install guys.
*Nor did they charge for an additional fixed screen panel, found to be required on follow up laser measurements prior to production-service like this doesn’t go unnoticed ) They deserve an award for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT – THANKS TO ALL THE TEAM AT ELITE PVC

I have had the bi folds installed for over 2 years and had to get them adjusted. They came out, checked and adjusted the doors and did not charge.
